1. Acceptance
By installing Lookon – Virtual Try-On you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the app.
2. The Service
Lookon – Virtual Try-On provides an AI-powered virtual try-on widget for Shopify storefronts. Customers can upload a
photo and see how a product looks on them. The app is powered by FAL AI (fal.ai).
3. Subscription & Billing
Plans are billed monthly through Shopify Billing:
- Starter │ $19.99/mo │ 50 try-ons
- Growth │ $49.99/mo │ 200 try-ons
- Pro │ $99.99/mo │ 500 try-ons
– All plans include a 7-day free trial
– Billing is handled by Shopify — you are subject to Shopify’s billing terms
– Try-on counts reset every 30 days from your subscription date
– Unused try-ons do not roll over
4. Free Trial
New installs receive 10 free try-ons before a paid plan is required. No credit card is required during the free trial period.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
– You may cancel your subscription at any time from the app’s Billing page
– Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
– We do not offer refunds for partial months
– On cancellation your widget will stop working when the billing period ends
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
– Use the service to process illegal, harmful or offensive content
– Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the AI models
– Resell or sublicense access to the service
– Abuse the free trial by creating multiple accounts
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations without refund.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. AI generation times depend on third-party providers and
may vary. We are not liable for downtime caused by Shopify, FAL AI or other third parties.
8. AI-Generated Results
Virtual try-on results are AI-generated and may not be perfectly accurate. Results are for visual reference only. We
make no guarantee that the product will look exactly as shown in the try-on result. You are responsible for setting
appropriate expectations with your customers.
9. Intellectual Property
– The app software is owned by Michael Mwanzia / Mick Web Agency
– Customer photos remain the property of your customers
– AI-generated try-on images may be used by your customers for personal reference
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding
the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes shall be resolved in Nairobi, Kenya.
